Traffic
Virginia has an especially punitive set of driving laws. Fidelity knows you can’t afford the fines, or the hit to your driving record and the associated insurance costs. Expungement
If you have had a criminal charge, the record of that sticks around even if you were not found guilty. An expungement can clear this charge off your record in certain situations where you were not found guilty. Removing this record is especially important if you are seeking a job, need credit, or need to maintain a security clearance. This is especially critical in southeastern Virginia, where many military members, contractors, and civilians can have their security clearances adversely affected by a criminal record.
